Global Cardio Care CEO Sara Soulati held the first annual employee ‘Togetherness Meeting’ on a recent Saturday in December.
The meeting for three companies and the staff and teams in each was important to share Sara’s personal message of love. Sara Soulati abides by a personal philosophy of living, breathing and servicing with love and support for every guest who enters the center, every employee who works for the company, every manager who helps lead the company, every partner who contacts the center by phone or in person, and every healthcare provider who helps treat the patients.
Sara shared her philosophy for Coaching with Love as part of the Sara Soulati Health for Life Program. Coaching with Love is one of the five elements in her patent-pending program and one that helps each of the guests seeking therapy with healing. When people are ill, they need love and support. When a health coach at Global Cardio Care Centers stands near a guest, they share love for the guest who is healing from cardiovascular disease.
The Togetherness Meeting
Everyone who touches the companies were touched by CEO Sara Soulati. She touched the staff and team with her own love and appreciation for making the company the world leader in the Sara Soulati EECP Method that combines EECP with the Sara Soulati Health for Life Program.
In the Togetherness Meeting, Sara stressed the importance of respect for oneself, for others, for guests, for leadership, for physicians, and for peers. Without that respect, the trickle-down impact is felt throughout the company. Sara shared aspects of her presentation to teach people about the importance of understanding cardiovascular disease and the concept of blocked arteries. When arteries are blocked with plaque, heart disease occurs. When the heart is blocked from love, then disrespect occurs.
Sara helped all of the employees understand the value of love and support coaching and the value of living a life full of love for everyone. She also expressed the desire to see the team continue to grow as individuals and as a family unit to help the company expand into other cities and grow to help people heal hearts with love, EECP and the Sara Soulati Health for Life Program.
