CoQ10 can be found in the foods we eat. If you’re a vegan, Sara recommends getting CoQ10 from roasted peanuts, canola oils, fruits, roasted pistachio nuts and steamed broccoli, for example. Other sources are beef and chicken; however, flesh is not recommended in the lifestyle program Sara has created.

To get more CoQ10 in your diet, you can take a daily supplement. If you are going to take a supplement, ensure the supplement is pure. CoQ10 supplements are not inexpensive, and if you find a supplement that is cheaper than others on the shelf, it is likely laden with filler.
